Appeals: If the client is dissatisfied with HIC's certification decision (such as rejection, suspension, or withdrawal), they may submit an appeal to HIC within 30 working days after receiving the decision, providing relevant evidence. HIC complete the review and issue a decision within 20 working days.

Complaints: Consumers, industry associations, or other parties may submit complaints about HIC's certification activities or certified clients to HIC. HIC investigate and handle the complaint within 15 working days and feed back the result to the complainant.
